Our IOP patients rate HHS as
"best IOP in the area"
"We previously shared during consultation the difficulties M. had during first grade and how some of those behaviors carried into his summer activities and schedule. When our family found Hopewell we were in a desperate place for help, it seemed that we had hit a glass ceiling with him and the weekly therapy appeared to be of little success. It was such a glimmer of hope, support and possibility for improvement when we received a call back saying we can take him. We all knew it would be challenging considering he’s only 7; however, and I quote I was told “we like a challenge and we’re gonna throw everything at him we got”. Your team did just that and didn’t give up on him and for that we are grateful. We are most proud that our little, intelligent, funny, hyperactive, impulsive little man was able to keep up with the demand of the schedule. Of course, there were a few hiccups and the ride was sometimes bumpy but we made it. I hope that out of a hundreds words he at least retained one. I think the information was a lot for him but he persevered, he showed up, he participated, did his homework and that’s all we can ask for. Because of your willingness to accept M. we as a family felt better about his transition into 2nd grade. Prior to the IOP experience and working with Trina Martin we wouldn’t be here today. We look forward to the smooth transition to weekly therapy with Taylor. Again thank you for your patience, commitment, getting to know him and dedication in providing M. with tools for self regulation. Have a great weekend and we’ll see you next week!"
