Meet Kaitlyn

With a Master’s in Social Work and a certificate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky, Kaitlyn integrates traditional mental health strategies with holistic approaches, emphasizing a journey toward personal growth and profound development. In addition to her clinical experience, Katilyn brings a unique set of skills into her therapy practice., Kaitlyn's background includes certifications as a Reiki Master and a consulting hypnotist specializing in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), along with training as a Spiritual Life Coach. These qualifications enrich her holistic perspective and deepen her understanding of clients’ paths toward mental wellness.


Kaitlyn works with children, teens, and adults at Hopewell. She is an excellent active and intuitive listener and develops a treatment journey with is tailored for each individual in order to reach optimal health and wellness. She is highly skilled in the treatment techniques of CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.


Kaitlyn’s therapeutic practice is holistic and client-centered, focused on the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Known for her warm and empathetic style, she creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. She collaborates closely with her clients to tailor a mix of evidence-based therapies that address their unique needs.


Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, gardening, being by the sea, and cherishing moments with her family.
