Eva Tarnawski, LMFT, is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut. She received her master’s degree from the University of Saint Joseph. Throughout her clinical work, she utilizes a variety of therapeutic methods and interventions in working with individuals, couples, and families. These include Rogerian, Gottman, Gestalt, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, client-centered, narrative, and systemic, as well as many others. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.

She offers tailored treatment for a variety of clients who need help with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and LGBTQ+ community issues, to name a few. She remains committed to helping end the stigma associated with mental health struggles and illness and advocates for her clients to get the care they need and deserve.

In her free time, she loves to eat delicious food and hang out with her animals. She’s also a certified yoga instructor and encourages mindfulness and self-acceptance.
