Tracy Sibley, PMHNP-BC APRN, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Hopewell Health Solutions, located in Glastonbury and West Hartford, Connecticut.
Tracy obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the New England Institute of Technology and her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. Tracy has served as a psychiatric nurse for the past eight years, working with children, teens, and adults in diverse environments such as acute psychiatric care, residential facilities, and substance abuse rehabilitation.
Alongside her practical experience, Tracy is a distinguished recipient of the 2021 Nightingale Award and has demonstrated her exceptional ability to engage with individuals, comprehend their needs, and exhibit compassion to support them effectively. She is authentic, affable, energetic, honest, and genuinely committed to helping others achieve wellness and success.
Tracy strongly believes in mutual trust and respect and works with all of her patients to achieve full recovery, improved quality of life, and improved relationships and happiness. Tracy has observed the stigma associated with mental health and addiction and seeks to drive change by committing herself to assist others in maximizing their full potential. Tracy believes, “You are not a failure for struggling with your mental health. You are a champion for persevering in the face of adversity.”
Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends and the company of her four dogs; she has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys watching her children participate in sports. She serves as a board member of her town’s football club and strives to volunteer at her children’s school events as frequently as possible. Tracy is a dedicated follower of UCONN Huskies basketball, enjoying both the men’s and women’s teams.
