Meet Kaitlyn

“When our behaviors match our intentions, when our actions are equal to our thoughts, when our minds and our bodies are working together, when our words and our deeds are aligned … there is an immense power behind any individual.”-Dr. Joe Dispenza

Kaitlyn is a pre-licensed clinician on a dedicated path toward becoming a licensed social worker, with a profound focus on holistic well-being. Currently pursuing a master’s in social work through the University of Kentucky, Kaitlyn’s goal is to equip herself with the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals in their journey of healing and personal growth.

In addition to her educational pursuits, Kaitlyn has a unique background in holistic modalities as a certified consulting hypnotist specializing in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a powerful form of regression hypnosis. Her QHHT training enables her to guide clients through deep explorations of their subconscious minds, facilitating the discovery of profound insights and understanding of self.

As a Reiki Master, Kaitlyn is deeply attuned to the body’s energy and its impact on overall well-being. She incorporates energy healing techniques into her therapeutic approach to promote balance and vitality in clients’ lives.

Kaitlyn is also formally trained in Spiritual Life Coaching through the Graduate Institute, allowing her to offer guidance on matters of spirituality, purpose, and personal transformation.

Kaitlyn’s therapeutic approach is client-centered and holistic, considering the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Kaitlyn creates a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges, where together, they work to address specific needs and goals, whether related to life transitions, relationship issues, or mental health concerns.

Beyond her professional journey, Kaitlyn loves cooking, gardening, being by the sea, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlyn currently works in the Tween and Teen Intensive Outpatient Programs compassionately supporting tweens and teens in their journey to achieving their greatest potential.
