Jenny Mathew is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph. Jenny has extensive experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. Her background spans diverse mental health settings, including counseling, outpatient individual therapy, inpatient care, emergency care, crisis management, and psychiatric residential treatment. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Jenny also utilizes a variety of techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and play therapy, ensuring a flexible and personalized approach for each client.

 

Jenny is deeply committed to empowering clients and fostering their personal growth. By creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space, she ensures that clients feel genuinely heard and valued. Her dedication to trauma-informed care and strength-based strategies allows her to address a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, trauma-related disorders, family conflict, and more. With a focus on open communication and collaboration, Jenny provides a compassionate and empathetic approach, supporting clients as they navigate challenges and work towards meaningful change in their lives.

 

In her free time Jenny enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, going on hikes with her dogs, and trying new restaurants."
