“Be dedicated to change the way in which people see mental illness at all levels of society. If not for yourself, advocate for those who are struggling in silence.” - Germany Kent
London is a Board Certified Physician Assistant in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Utah and her master’s degree from A.T. Still University in Arizona. Upon graduating, London spent almost 15 years in Urgent Care medicine treating patients from ages 1 to 90 for a variety of medical conditions. London also worked as a medical contractor for the United States Military at William Beaumont Army Medical Center Emergency Department in Texas. There she treated soldiers as they returned home from Iraq as well as their families who remained home while their loved ones were deployed. London has an extensive background treating children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of medical settings.
London has had the distinct privilege of treating patients at some of the most difficult times of their lives. She would say one of her greatest strengths is her ability to listen. London is the perfect bridge between medical and mental health. She strongly believes there is a place for psychiatric medication, while recognizing that each individual is unique and requires an individual treatment plan. London’s primary goal is to help her patients feel at ease when discussing, exploring, and managing their mental health.
London specializes in medication management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions primarily including depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, personality, and mood disorders. London wants her patients to know they are not alone in their journey towards better mental health.
In her free time, London enjoys traveling, reading, thrift shopping, and watching mystery TV. London and her husband are proud parents of 3 children. Together they enjoy day trips, exploring new pizza places, and going to Hartford Athletic Soccer games.
