Laura Miller, Ph.D. - Neuropsychologist

Dr. Miller is a Licensed Psychologist with Advanced Training in Pediatric Neuropsychology. She earned her B.A. in psychology from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Miller went on to earn her masters in psychology and Ph.D. in school psychology from Syracuse University. She completed an APA accredited internship in Pediatric Neuropsychology from the Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
Following graduation, Dr. Miller went on to complete two years of Postdoctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology with Mass General for Children at North Shore Medical Center and Child and Family Psychological Services. She practiced as a Pediatric Neuropsychologist in Massachusetts for four years before joining Hopewell Health Solutions. She currently works as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UConn School of Medicine.
At Hopewell Health Solutions, Dr. Miller conducts comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to answer questions addressing concerns such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and learning disabilities. Dr. Miller strives to help clients and their families better understand areas of strength and areas for improvement. She hopes that clients come away from evaluations learning more about themselves and how to apply that information to gain supports and see improvements at home, at school, and in the community.
Dr. Miller lives in Glastonbury with her husband, two young daughters, and goofy dog. She loves going on adventures with her family, exercising, and baking.
