Tiffanys therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are and help them find ways to use their strengths as a guide to overcome their challenges. While providing a safe space she will provide support as you process your feelings and past traumas, then find ways to gain empowerment and resiliency as you overcome and push forward. We will work as a team throughout this journey. Along the way you will learn various coping skills and mindfulness techniques that can be adapted in any setting.
