I really appreciate the time you spend with me and your patience. I am able to open up about my worries and things going on because you created a safe space for me.
Thank you for allowing me to see things in a different light when I needed it the most. Being able to speak with you and learn new coping tools, I feel better about taking on the new challenges in my life.
You are easy to talk to and a good listener. You allow me to take things one step at a time and believe in me. I look forward in seeing you each week and being able to grow.
