Heather Diemond Labbe, LMFT-A is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate focused on helping couples, families and individuals turn toward themselves with curiosity and compassion to find authentic and sustainable healing. Heather believes that the quality of our relationships has a direct impact on the quality of our lives and that by healing our relationship with ourselves, we in turn heal our families and our communities. She has worked in multiple outpatient settings with children, teens, and adults and enjoys helping clients of all ages.

Heather holds an associate license for Marriage & Family Therapy in the state of Connecticut, with a master’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and specialized training in: Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy – International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy; RISE Stress Management – Kripalu Center for Yoga & Wellness; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; Internal Family Systems; Trauma Informed Yoga; Mindful Self Compassion – Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
Heather’s greatest joy is spending time with her three adult children, husband of 30 years and adopted pit bull, Rusty.
